Yes. We ask that you or a designated adult be present when we arrive.
You don’t need to lift, hold, trim, or manage anything. We handle the animals from start to finish. Your role is simply to be available if questions come up – and to relax while we do the work.
We schedule approximately 7–8 minutes per alpaca, plus about 30 minutes for setup and teardown.
Small herds (1–4 alpacas) are typically scheduled for one hour. Larger herds are scheduled in longer time blocks based on size.
No heavy prep required. Just have your animals accessible and ready when we arrive. We bring everything needed to complete the services included in your package.
Yes. For packages that include vaccinations, we bring the CD&T vaccine and dewormer with us. You don’t need to purchase anything separately.
Spring weather happens. If conditions are unsafe, we adjust routing and communicate clearly. Your herd’s safety always comes first.
A deposit secures your spot when booking. The remaining balance is due at the time of service.
