We route throughout the Lower Peninsula and select Upper Peninsula areas during our spring season. Because many Michigan farms are rural and spread out, routes are carefully planned in advance. If you’re unsure whether we reach your location, submit a request form and we’ll confirm availability.
Michigan visits typically take place between late April and early June, depending on thaw conditions and regional weather. Southern areas may fall earlier in the route, while northern regions may be scheduled later due to lingering snow and muddy fields.
Yes. Michigan’s freeze–thaw cycles, heavy spring mud, and rural driveways require thoughtful planning. We plan our routes around real-world farm access and seasonal timing so your herd is handled safely and efficiently.
Not if you select Better Health, The Works, or Spa. Those packages include vaccinations and deworming along with shearing, teeth, and toenails in one visit. Basic Shearing covers trims only.
Early booking is strongly recommended. Michigan routes fill quickly, especially in rural regions where travel time between farms is greater. January 1st–31st is the best time to secure your spot and get our Early Bird Pricing.
Yes. Most of our Michigan clients have herds of around five alpacas. We also serve larger operations and offer custom pricing for herds of 10 alpacas or more.
Spring in Michigan can change quickly. If conditions become unsafe due to storms or access issues, we communicate promptly and reschedule within the routing window.
Yes. We follow strict biosecurity protocols and thoroughly clean and disinfect equipment between stops to protect every herd we serve.
