"Working with TopKnot was one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. The pay was great, yes, but even more rewarding were the relationships I built, the people I met, the animals I grew to know so well, the work ethic I developed, and the new places I visited. Pete is a great leader and a trustworthy boss, and the crews were full of fun, sociable, and hard-working guys. You really feel like you are part of a team when you’re shearing, and you learn processes to support one another that make the work efficient and repeatable.The work was hard and the hours were long, but it wasn’t anything I didn’t grow to handle. I wish I could work for TopKnot for another year, but my time there will always be one of my best memories."
